Buenas, tus problemas de coordinaci�n y desequilibrio seguramente se deben a un deficiente trabajo de motricidad gruesa durante tu infancia. Conociendo tus limitaciones, puedes superarlas:

- A muchos alumnos les sucede cuando empiezan a entrenar que son incapaces de coordinar las t�cnicas de mano "son kisul", con el desplazamiento corporal y con las t�cnicas de posiciones "soguis". Para ello, debes dividir las acciones a realizar. Debes hacer un trabajo basado en movimientos sencillos e ir a�adiendo otros hasta conseguir el movimiento completo. Por ejemplo, de nada te sirve realizar "Montong an maki" en "orum ap kubi sogui" si no eres capaz de hacer ninguno de los dos movimientos correctamente por separado. Primero debes dominar cada uno por separado para luego poderlos realizar conjuntamente.

- Realiza las t�cnicas en un espejo siempre que te sea posible.

En cuanto a las t�cnicas de pierna "bal kisul", trata de hacer las cosas tan simples como puedas: no intentes lanzar patadas altas sin antes ejecutarlas correctamente a una altura baja. Si no eres capaz de ejecutar con fuerza, equilibrio y con un gesto t�cnico correcto un "ap chagui" a la altura de la rodilla, poco o nada ser�s capaz de hacerlo a la altura de la cabeza. No te preocupes por el cuando, pero con esfuerzo y dedicaci�n llegar�s a hacer las cosas bien. Si supieras cuantos competidores de t�cnica y competici�n no eran capaces en sus inicios de ejecutar las t�cnicas correctamente te sorprender�as...

hola. practico taekwomdo en un gimnasio homologado. Llevo muchos a�os practicando, y ahora me voy a presentar para cinturon amarillo. Cuando hago tecnica fundamental, muchas veces me descordino, y a veces pierdo el equilibrio. Tengo bastante puente en los pies y algunas veces los ejercicios no me salen tambien como yo quisiera.
